Kenneth Lopiccolo has been successfully building homes and developing high end projects in both Louisiana and Florida for over thirty years, partnering with local legend Joseph Canizzaro among others over the course of his career. A Louisiana native, Kenneth is a graduate of St.Paul’s High School in Covington and lives on an estate adjacent to Little River Estates. Chris Turgeon entered real estate in 2020 after a successful thirty year career in medical sales and digital marketing. Trained under the legendary Ella Brennan at Commander’s Palace, his strengths are professional knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Locally educated at Benjamin Franklin Senior High School and the University of New Orleans, Chris is a lifelong native of South Louisiana, currently residing in Assumption Parish where he serves and a firefighter and Board of Directors President with the Paincourtville Volunteer Fire Department. During his sales career, he has covered the entire state of Louisiana with a focus on South Louisiana.
